Return Policy

For all purchases made through  www.amigosdelambiente.com, if the user presents merchandise that is damaged, deteriorated, or worn due to misuse or normal wear and tear, no returns will be accepted. The product must be kept in optimal condition and appear as new.

In the case of a manufacturing defect or if the product arrives broken or stained, a return may be accepted only if it is requested within a maximum of 3 business days after the order has been delivered by the shipping company or the person in charge of delivery. The cost and responsibility of shipping the merchandise back to our offices lies with the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To file any claim or request information about your order, please make sure to have your order and purchase details on hand.
